Woody's RV Calgary is urgently hiring full-time Journeyman RV Technician!

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Computer skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Must be organized and self-motivated
• Possess verbal communication skills
• Motivated team player
• Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
• Having completed the Recreation Vehicle Service Technician Apprenticeship is considered an asset

Job Responsibilities:

• Pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure
• Physically able to perform job and can lift in the excess of 50lbs

Pay: CA$32.00 - CA$43.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned at a later date:
• Book Appointments
• Open new work orders, accurately recording customer information and requirements
• Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Deal with customer requests and questions in a timely and friendly manner
• Keep customers updated as needed regarding ongoing repairs and offer explanations for work required and/or suggested so that customers can make informed decisions
• Inform customers of upcoming repairs/services required
• Confirm that all work and pricing is approved by the customer prior to work being performed
• Monitor activities at service counter including customer contact, parts shipping and receiving
• Complete various clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, sorting/filing, etc.
• Receiving customer payments
• Monitoring our online text messaging service

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of RV systems — including plumbing, electrical, propane, appliances, and structural components.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure top-quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and technical issues.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous RV or related mechanical experience (automotive, marine, or construction trades welcome).
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Journeyman certification or willingness to train and certify (we’ll help with that!).
