Woody’s RV World is continually growing once again with our recent dealership addition in Saskatoon and our brand new dealership in Red Deer. That’s right, Woody’s RV World is now in B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan. Woody’s Calgary is adding a part-time BDC Associate just to keep up with all the business!

The ideal candidate will have exposure to the RV industry or have worked at a dealership but Customer Service skills and attention to detail are the most important assets. Ensuring we have happy customers is our main priority, so remaining professional is always essential. 

Position requires working evenings and weekends, with set days off for a total of 26-27 hours/week. 

The role has the potential to expand and Woody's RV World typically hires from within it's own ranks and loves to promote people within our organization.  


The BDC aka "The Business Development Centre", is the hub of Woody's customer communication and traffic.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
  • Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
  • Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Coachable, curious and burning desire to learn


Daily duties may include but are not limited to:

Distribute leads - make sure all leads are assigned to a Sales person and a follow-up schedule is created each and everytime.

Reply to customer leads in a friendly tone, gather correct information in a personable way, create follow-ups to ensure the customers questions were answered and addressed. 

Turn leads into appointments and/or pass the leads off to a Sales, Parts, or Service once you narrow down what the customer is looking for.

Monthly Reports for BDC to reflect monthly activity, Sales reports to reflect Salesman progress with internal systems 

We also have many 3rd party vendors and software programs that our aid our Sales force in securing, communicating and selling to customers. You will be trained in each of these so that you can be a resource to the Sales force.
